Features:
First officially recognized penetrant on water base of Level 1 AMS 2644

DFA 200A and DFA 77 on water base

INDICATOR OF LEAKAGES
Features:
On water base, ready for use. Application: detection of leakages
DFA 77: for goods of sheet metals (transformers etc). Very low viscosity, treatment with defoaming agent.
DFA 200A: for goods of sheet metals and capacities, mechanically connected

RC 29 Level 1, emulsifiable after coating

Features:
This fluorescent penetrant of Level 1, emulsifiable after the coating is characterized by very low viscosity. Low viscosity is the advantage as while coating this penetrant by method of immersion its consumption is very saving. In addition, the low viscosity facilitates significantly the procedure of preliminary rinsing. To emulsify the thin layer of penetrant, coated onto the good, small quantity of emulsifier ER83A or ER83B is sufficient.

RC 50 Level 2, emulsifiable after coating

Features:
This penetrant is characterized by high fluidity and it is easy-to-handle. The procedure of rinsing is also facilitated; few liquid wastes

HM 3A Level 2, emulsifiable before coating. AMS 2644

Features:
Penetrant HM 3 A very called-for in aircraft industry due to its specific properties.
Saturated with optical brightening agent: excellent indication, yellow-green colorimetric detection.
Reduces considerably the noise background; high contrast ratio, low viscosity: penetrant HM 3 A is more saving in operation than other penetrants of same level with higher viscosity. Thus, the consumption of auxiliary technological materials used for water treatment of the penetrant decreases. The penetrant is resistant to the intensive washing.

Emulsifier ER 83A. AMS 2644

Features:
is to be diluted with water from 0 to 30%
Surface effect without salvation.

ER 83 A - hydrophilous emulsifier of mild action with very low effect of salvation.
Advantages of the product are obvious: low probability of extra emulsification, maximum concentration is rather high: 30%.
ER 83 A could be used for the emulsification of penetrants RC XX series after coating.
